KOAMTAC KDC480C, 2D, USB-C, BT (BLE), Kit (USB)

The KDC480 and KDC485 are robust barcode readers from KOAMTAC, featuring a modular design. Their special casing allows them to connect to any smart device, making them a smart SmartSled solution. Additionally, both the KDC480 and KDC485 capture RFID tags on demand and are available with different scanning engines: a 1D laser, a 1D CCD, or a 2D imager. The KDC485 also has a down-angle scanning motor that allows users to capture barcodes at low heights, even when always holding the scanner at a level.

When designing KDC480 and KDC485, KOAMTAC placed great emphasis on solid technology as well as a robust IP65 certified housing to ensure that the barcode readers offer a long service life. The 1,100 mAh battery also ensures long battery life and can optionally be recharged with compatible SmartSleds from KOAMTAC. To store the captured barcodes, the scanners are equipped with 64 KB of RAM and 8 MB of ROM. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) ensures easy pairing and reliable data transmission.
