Zebra's DS3608 industrial scanner offers superior performance combined with extreme durability. Thanks to its innovative housing design and the use of area imaging technology, the device has no moving parts. This makes the balanced portable scanner almost completely dust- and water-tight (IP67) and resistant to drops from up to 2.4 m in height. Therefore, the DS3608 is perfectly suited for any demanding indoor and outdoor application, even at extreme temperatures from -30 to +50°C. Whether standard, ER, HD, HP or DPM barcodes, there is a dedicated version of the DS3608 for every application and, thanks to its SE5800 scanning engine, it captures almost any 1D or 2D barcode quickly and reliably, whether up close and at distances of up to 21 meters.
Correct readings are confirmed by practical triple feedback: two bright LEDs in the field of view, a distinctive sound and a brief vibration ensure an unambiguous response with each scan and greatly increase user efficiency. The DS3608 comes equipped from the factory with a multi-interface allowing connection via USB, RS-232 or KBW interface as required. A three-year warranty provides long-term investment security.
