Honeywell has equipped its PD45 industrial label printer with minimal mechanical internal parts and a metal frame construction. As such, it has a robust, compact and slim appearance and is ideal for the various work areas in production, retail, logistics and healthcare. Create labels at a maximum print speed of 200 mm/sec. at 203 dpi or 100 mm/sec. at 300 dpi.
Additional equipment on the PD45 includes a powerful 800 MHz Arm Cortex-A7 processor, 128 MB flash, and 128 MB DDR3 SDRAM. The industrial print head supports direct thermal and thermal transfer printing modes and can be easily changed and replaced. Additionally, Honeywell's patented dual-sensor positioning technology supports dynamic positioning, ensuring a minimum label height of 5mm and vertical positioning accuracy of 0.5mm. Two sets of adjustable pressure bars and dual paper guides ensure accurate paper feeding and help prevent ribbon wrinkles and print messes. To cover even more application scenarios, the PD45 also features stripping, rewinding and cutting assemblies.
