The new unwind/rewind system for Epson C4000 labels
The printer can handle media up to 127 mm (5") wide and unwind/
rewind label rolls with an outer diameter of up to 250 mm (9.84”).
Units are equipped with a 3" or 40 adjustable center support
to 118mm (1.57” - 4.64”).

An external power supply 100/240VAC - 2.5A at 24V allows an electronic circuit to provide, through the tensioner arm, the adjustment of the rotation speed and the direction of rotation. A 2A fuse is used for protection.

LABEL REWINDER
The tension arm position is calibrated as follows:
- When the printer feeds the paper for printing, the tension arm
turns off and the device rewinds the media.
- When the tension arm is in the middle position, the device is inactive.
- When the printer removes the paper, the tension arm goes up and
the device unrolls it.
