Zebra RFID RFD40 UHF reader is ideal for RFID's rapid capture, which makes retail, hotel and healthcare, faster and more efficient. Thanks to three-function triggers, the RFD40 performs incredibly fast inventories and locates objects and patients in the shortest possible time through the search mode of extremely accurate items.
With the RFD40 rapid shooting function, workers capture more than 1300 RFID and barcodes per second in a reading range of more than 6 m. The reader has an additional programmable button for input or clicking functions and is equipped with a powerful 7,000 mm battery. It is compatible with the latest Zebra mobile computers, including the variants enabled for WWAN, which makes it the ideal complement for Zebra TC21 / TC26 and EC50 / EC55 mobile computers, as well as for computers with Windows operating systems. Zebra mobile computers that have not yet been released will also be compatible with RFD40.
Econnex technology allows a fast RFD40 connection with mobile computers and instant pairing. The RFID reader UHF is also very robust; Zebra has designed the RFD40 to be very durable.
