The M3 Mobile SM20 is an ultra-rugged, fully touch-enabled mobile handheld computer for use in retail and logistics. It is based on the successful SM15 series and is equipped with a user-friendly Android operating system that is compatible with Android 13. It also features a high-end CPU design, a customer-specific 5" HD color display, and a 4100 mAh hot-swappable smart battery (standard) or an optional upgraded 6150 mAh battery. Furthermore, the SM20 boasts a 16-megapixel rear camera, SE4710, SE4720, and optionally SE4750 MR scan engines, as well as an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with an Adreno 610 GPU. Fast Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 with BLE support enhance the efficiency, flexibility, and scalability of the touch computer. Additionally, the SM20 can be transformed into a fully functional handheld computer with over 20 accessories. The long-range trigger allows users to read barcodes from distances of up to 15 m. For example, the performance of the SM20 can be improved and managed with M3 SPEEDPACK (M3 application package), as needed.
