The SM20 from M3 Mobile is an ultra-rugged, full-touch mobile handheld for use in retail and logistics. It is based on the successful SM15 series and is equipped with a user-friendly Android operating system that is compatible with Android 13. It also features a high-end CPU design and a customer-specific 5" HD color display and a 4100 mAh smart battery. Hot-swappable battery (standard) or an optional upgraded 6150 mAh battery.
In addition, the SM20 features a 16-megapixel rear camera, the SE4710, SE4720 and optionally SE4750 MR scanning engines, as well as an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with Adreno 610 GPU. Fast Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 with BLE support increase the efficiency, flexibility and scalability of the touch computer. Additionally, the SM20 can be transformed into a complete handheld with over 20 accessories. The trigger with a wide range allows users to read barcodes from distances of up to 15 m, for example. The performance of SM20 can be enhanced and managed with M3 SPEEDPACK (M3 Application Package) as needed.
