Start International® TDA060 Electric Tape Dispenser

The new TDA060 from START International is the most versatile electric tape dispenser. It automatically cuts and feeds tapes of predefined lengths and is ideal for medium- to high-volume production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The dispenser supports tapes from 0.20″ to 2.3″ (5 to 60 mm) wide, with an outer roll diameter of up to 7.5″ (190 mm). Using the LED display, feeding and cutting can be configured to automatically advance and cut the material. A photosensor detects the presence of tape at the output to ensure precise and consistent feeding and cutting. Feeding and cutting can also be operated manually with a button. Preset lengths from 0.2″ to 394″ (5 to 9999 mm) can be modified for custom cutting and then returned to the automatic feeding setting. The guillotine cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. Dispenser for a wide variety of tapes: cellophane, repair tape, kraft paper, fabric tape, TPP, double-sided tape, filament tape, acrylic tape, and non-adhesive materials such as tubes and ribbons.
