With iiyama mountable touch monitors, you will receive standard and widescreen models ranging from 10.1" to 65" (26 to 165 cm) with particularly long life cycles. All models feature a bezel-less touch surface with projected capacitive multi-touch technology. The surface is scratch and impact resistant for greater durability, which is very important when the technology is often used in public places and schools. The touch technology even works without problems if there are scratches on the glass.

Capacitive touch technology, which is installed in iiyama touch monitors, uses a network of micro-fine wire sensors. They are integrated into the surface of the glass. Touching the screen with your fingers (or gloves) or a magnetic pen changes electrical signals, which calculates the touch position and passes it to the controller. The built-in glass surface is very durable and scratch resistant. The monitors are certified according to IP65 standards, for protection against the entry of dust and moisture.

The presentation is always true to life and sharp, even in Full HD. Whether viewed directly from the front, from the side, up or down: thanks to a generous viewing angle, readability is guaranteed everywhere. In public use areas, simply lock all operating keys to protect against unauthorized access. Via existing interfaces, VGA, DVI and Displayport, as well as USB for the touch controller, integration is very simple. The power supply and connection cable are included in the delivery.

Some models are equipped with palm detection. When the touch screen is operated with a stylus, this technique ensures that simultaneous contact with a finger or palm is ignored. Palm detection is automatically activated when you touch the screen with a stylus. If you do not touch the screen with a stylus for more than one second, the touch screen will automatically return to finger mode.
